Our Founder...

LED Trucking Inc. originates from humble beginnings and the entrepreneurial spirit of a slavic immigrant family from Ukraine. Leonid Dipon founded the company in 2000, but underwent the financial hardships of the market. At an early age, his daughter, Elena Dipon became involved in the family business, and desired to re-establish and improve LED Trucking Inc.  Elena leveraged her passion to develop into a highly skilled business professional with expertise that has afforded her an acclaimed reputation in the transportation and logistics industry. In 2009, with 1 truck and optimism of expansion and innovation to ensure stable business for our customers, LED Trucking Inc. re-opened its doors.  In a challenging first operational year, Elena built a solid foundation for a thriving business going into the new decade.  

Our Development...

LED Trucking Inc. has grown into a local industry leader focused on providing exceptional customer service and innovative operations. In a decade of development, our 30 fleet operation has scaled to sustain over 100 trucks on the road and achieve an annual revenue of more than $70 million. Our team of 4 dispatchers has grown into fully functioning sales, logistics, safety, finance, human resources, and marketing departments to ensure LED Trucking Inc. fulfills its promise to its customers 24/7/365.  We adapted and persevered through several industry crises and COVID-19 conditions without interruption to our operations or commitment to our customers and partners.
